Altered Dictionary -V is for Victoria Plums

haha!  No, not the 70's doll but real fruit :D  I just LOVE these and have a load that I stewed way back in the summer in my freezer ready for when I fancy a crumble :D

This is the start of the new challenge over at The Craft Barn Blog.  Its an Alpha Challenge running once a fortnight.  I have decided to alter a dictionary, mainly because I thought I had a few old ones lurking around.  Could I find one???????  I ended up getting a large one from a cheap shop to alter.  Enough waffle...here are my pages...

I couldn't do anything fancy this time as there are only a few 'V' pages.  I do intend to use fruit for the whole dictionary and yes, I have found something for the awkward letters hahaha!  I do hope that you will join us in this challenge and do pop over ~HERE~ to see what some of the DT have done for their letter 'V'.

Happy Crafting, HUGS xxx

What a gorgeous page my lovely. Your fab choice of colours and 'journally' background really set your plums off beautifully. Off to a flying start sweetie.

What a great idea - love the way that its turned out - have you inked the pages? We had a glut of plums and they are in the freezer, I like making jams with them and made some Plum and Pear Jam and it turned out beautifully!
Thank you for visiting my blog - its lovely to have new visitors. Going to have a look now at this challenge! Bye Cx

Delicious page Karen. You've got me thinking of fruit with all the letters now. I'm going with special days in the year and have no idea if I can do them all, will just cross the bridges when I get to them and use artist's licence if need be. BJ
