THE ANIMALS CAME IN TWO BY TWO!

Hello there fellow bloggettes!  Brrrrr...isn't it coming in colder now???  There must be lots of fireworks going on around the country (UK) this weekend so I hope it stays dry for you all X

I have been having a lovely time playing with my new bits from TANDO CREATIVE and I am JUTS LOVING being on the DT for them!!!  Getting to play with brand new chippie is heaven hahahaha

This week I have been playing with a rather sweet Noahs Ark, about 4x4inches in size!  It went from this.....

to this.....

I couldn't resist puting it onto a canvas now could I?  The chippie has been painted & papered, along with the hearts.  I painted the canvas in Broken China DI first.  The waves are just strips of patterned paper which I lightly gesso'd & ran a white ink pad over the wavy bits before I bashed up the edges haha.

All the wild animals come from a stamp set which I picked up on a visit to a zoo!!!!  They are lovely little stamps, probably aimed at kids hahaha.  I couldn'r resist having them poking out of the windows of the Ark!  I found a teensy dove stamp in a set from Fiskars.  The owl is by Stamp Away.

I also stamped down the sides of the canvas...I always think this finishes them off.
