hahahaha I love the way everyone seems to think my craft space is tidy, because I just don't think so!!!! I suppose I will just have to show you the floor next time haha
Now what shall I show you all today???? mmmm...I have been working on a project this week that I can't show yet but I do have something for you.........another book from TANDO CREATIVE. Do pop over to their website & have a nosey & if you want to buy there is a list of suppliers too. Oh and a link to their blog, which is full of lovely ideas for you.
I was sent this gorgeous cat to play with...I just love his tail don't you???
I already had a 6x6 chippie album, which was a pressie at Christmas, so I used that one too! Now, I have been itching to create some of those texture backgrounds that I have Cheryl & June make (Iexpect loads of you do this but its new for me). This is such great fun to do & you never really know how its going to turn out haha This is how the cover looked before I got at it with the paint...I drew around the cat shape so that it would sit in the texture iyswim.
and this is it painted & finished...
I am so pleased with this effect so I hope you like it too! Not sure what I shall use it for. I did think that I would use it like an art journal. Thank you for looking, have a fabulous weekend! HUGS as always XXX

This is wonderful Karen, I'm going to have to try this technique. What glue did you use to stick all the bits on with? Was it white PVA?
