Yes, I know its March but I am a late starter hahahaha!!!  I can see that these little dresses are going to be so much fun over the year.  I got the idea through Gini who found a lovely blog where Margaret was having a play dressing up.  The whole thing has snowballed as so many wanted to play too haha

The idea is to make a dress a month, then leave a link on the above blog so that everyone can take a peek.  As this one is for January and is was brrrrrrrr freezing I have made a ballgown fit for the Snow Queen (well I hope she thinks so haha).  The lovely Gini provided a template for this, thanks my lovely XXX

Of course its strapless as this Queen is a bit of a saucy lady.  But I have it on good authority that she has a good set of thermals on underneath!!!  Her skirt & bodice have been coloured & overstamped with distress inks.  I then white embossed some snowflakes and then gathered blue tulle round the skirt.  I stuck pearls & loads of that frizzy cotton stuff round the bodice before attaching it.  Of course all posh frocks need a corsage too don't they?

Why don't you go & join in the fun???  Thank you for taking a look, HUGS XXX
