WOYWW.....eyes left!!!

Good morning to all you WOYWWers!  I was so hoping that my tall cupboards would be in so that I could show them off but they are coming today.  Jeremy got them through an office suppliers & they are putting them together free...hows that for a treat in itself hahahaha!

I can't show you my desk as I am making something for the retreat I am going on next week so I have swung my camera left to show you some shelves you haven't seen before...yep...I have more shelves hahaha!

Let me run you through it...

On the top...a birdhouse I got cheapo to alter but now I like it too much...DUH!  Behind that is a lovely wooden tree and I got the dolls house in a charity shop for £4.  Not sure if I could alter that yet as it is still its original decor...seems a shame.

Next shelf...loads of things to tart up!

Next shelf is pretty obvious and the last shelf you can see contain Needlecraft Magic mags.  Anyone remember those??? You got them weekly & built them up.  There are some amazing patterns in there!!!  Oh & in the blue box is a load of ephemera that I grabbed when we were going through FIL's old boxes.

So there you are...enough to play with forever I think hahahah!  If you fancy a nosy do pop over to JULIA'S BLOG where you will find loads more WOYWW.  Thanks for being nosy today, HUGS XXX

P.S....I forgot to mention the 'monkey'. It is an urang utang from when we sponsored one in Borneo. xxx

I love organisation that divides want to do, been done, and things to use. It shows a tidy brain too, I think. Envy you life in Cornwall - we want to retire there but probably won't.

Do you know what? I really like the idea of "displaying" your "to be tarted" containers - they look great and you probably get ideas from just seeing them. Mine are all hidden on a shelf in "the cupboard next door" where I can't see them and more importantly nor can Hubby!

Probably not the place for this message, but I'm thinking about joining the Tag It challenge. Your tag is really inspiring and it would force me to use a rubber stamp or two at least once a month (grin).

Hi Karen - thanks for your frequent visits to my blog and your lovely thoughtful comments... this is the first time i've gone on a blog hop for over 2 weeks so thought i'd start with catching up with WOYWW...

I love the shelf of the things to alter - I have a few items - its just a matter of getting round to doing them... i love the birdhouse and would be inclined not to do anything with it at the mo...
