ITS A SLEIGH - for want of a better title hahaha

Helloooooo!!!!!  I have been off in Christmas mode again with my next project!  As soon as I saw this I new I had to have one to play with :D

Its a gorgeous Christmas Sleigh from the Tando Creative Christmas 2010 range!  To get an idea of size it measures 9inches long.  It comes flat packed & is very easy to put together.  Here I have painted it with antique white acrylic (the runners are old gold) and embossed gold snowflakes onto it.  I know it looks fairly plain but it won't when its filled with goodies hahaha!  mmm...chocolates.....nuts.....mini pressies!!!  I have also sewn a little 'blanket' in some Christmasy fabric & added some lovely gold beaded braid to the ends.

If you fancy one of these take a look over HERE for stockists both in the UK & the US now!!!!

Thank you for popping over....Love & HUGS XXX

What a lovely idea karen, i love the way you have kept the decoration on the sleigh fairly simple. The blanket looks super with those beads.

Wow, this is gorgeous. Years ago, I decorated with nothing but sleds. Wish I'd known about this product when I was decorating with them. You turned this into one lovely creation. That blanket you added is the perfect touch, adding just a tiny bit of color.

I just had to stop by and tell you how much I appreciated your warm and heartfelt comment on my blog today. I am very grateful for your thoughts. Hearing about your friend who was so lucky to have chosen Sept 10 to visit WTC put a real chill up my spine. Thank you again.

Very lovely! Hard to think of The winter months with all of the heat we have here. I am sitting here in a tank top, shorts, no bra and sweating my butt off. Then again it could just be a hot flash! lol
