Teensy in a pocket!!!!

Hello my lovelies!  Have any of you worked with Artists Transfer Paper (TAP)?  Its amazing stuff, especially if you sew :D  You can stamp & colour on it, then iron it onto almost any surface...wow!  What I particularly love about this stuff is that you can put it through your printer....just imagine the possibilities for personalised presents?  Now I am waffling hahaha!  I got the chance to have a play with it for the Craft Barn DT.  Here is my piece...

I stamped Crafty Individual stamp 185 onto the Artists Tranfer Paper, then coloured lightly with copics. This was then ironed onto some white cotton. I added some beads to the centres of the flowers before sewing this onto patterned fabric. I added more beads around the edge then frayed the white cotton. This was all sewed onto a base which was sewn into a lined pocket. More beads and a button were added.

My clever sister, Dawn (Pesky Little Sister), made me a teensy 2x4inch art journal which I have decorated to match...

I came over from the Craft Barn to say how much I loved what you made with the TAP paper!! These are stunning and even more so when I now know the book was made by Dawn. What you have done is beautiful and if it doesn't inspire people to use this paper then I don't know what will!!

Love what you've done here Karen and the colour scheme is so unusual but really effective :-)
