Here is the before haha...
I covered the box inside and out with scrunched up tissue paper. I find this a far quicker option than sanding and applying a few coats of gesso onto a shiny box!!!! Anything for an easy life ;-D . The tissue paper also adds some textural interest. I then glued on some Tando letters and two Tando Karens Flowers (yes, that is my design) before covering with acrylic paint. Lots of dabbing with a stencil brush through the Sequin Mask and on the flowers & letters followed. Then it was onto the black and a bit of stamping and bottle top painting to finish. The centre of the flowers has been filled with Pebeo Prisme Fantasy in onyx.
I know it all looks a bit messy for me but I actually really like it and I am quite happy for it to sit on my desk :-D. Thank you for looking today and don't forget the challenge, HUGS xxx

Your bright and cheerful box reminds me that I have a few boxes saved and waiting to be covered for storing stuff in. Obviously, mine won't be cat food boxes though......;)
