So I decided to keep it very simple. Again the flash was a bit bright so you can't see that the insides of the lettering is a pretty blue, as are the other bits & bobs.
The background paper is from Junkitz, the blue is Adornit and the chipboard thingies are from Bubbly Funk. The sentiment is a quote from my daughter when she was 12!!! Out of the mouths of babes eh...

That's a great quote Karen! It's shocking but I often forget about Father's day, my dad was away a lot on business and always seemed to be in the USA on Father's day, got me out of a hole, I can tell you - hee hee.
You did a great job Karen! Funny how we tend to think in terms of our own fathers or whatever for these things isn't it? I look at things that say 'daughters' or 'sisters' as the theme and think "I don't have one" but of course I am one! Love the quote from your daughter - perfect!
