I love Basic Grey papers but sadly I don't seem to have too many .....yet....really must rectify that!! For my first go at this challenge I used papers from the Boxer range and the 6x6 size pad.
After I had sorted out the background I immediately thought of elephants and thought it appropriate, considering the prize, to use a lovely image by Jayne Netley Mayhew. She has produced a beautiful CD with Joanna Sheen. Of course, I may just be creeping hahahahahaha
The picture is actually a little darker than in the pic and WHY is it that I cannot seem to get my pics straight??? Must have wonky eyes!!!
Thank you so much for looking and I love reading your comments XXX

I can never get my pictures straight either! Super card (I love the BG challenges - must do mine soon)
The paper and the elphants go together perfectly. Lovely card. :)
My eyes must be wonky too Karen! cause I have the same problem. x
That's a gorgeous stamp, Karen. Great card.
That stamped image is lovely Karen and it goes so well with the colours of the BG papers you used.
If you use Picasa to edit your photos (free to download) there is a straighten tool in there that is soooooooo easy to use. I use Picasa to do my initial quick edits and then Adobe Photoshop Elements6 to fine tune if necessary.
That's lovely Karen. Is that the same cd as the monkeys? The image is gorgeous.
Lovely card Karen.
Try positioning your camera directly above the card, then just tilting ever so slightly till the image looks straight on the little screen or in the viewfinder. Alternatively, shoot them at even more of an angle then make a feature of that.
how lovely is that!! that stamp is georgous:)
What a beautiful card Karen, very nice indeed. Beautiful papers ! and great image. Hugs linda x
The wonky picture elf nudges your elbow when you are taking the pic.......
