We could make our postcards any theme we wanted as long as it looked like a postcard...lucky for me that I had some lovely postcardy type stamps!!!! I decided to go for an Indian type theme. The card is actually a lot deeper in colour...imagine saffron & you have it!!! For the background I used a mix of distress inks and then overstamped with a map of india & surrounding areas in green ink.
The little elephant was also stamped in green and gold ink & glitter added, tho it doesn't show up too well :(
I used a real postage stamp from Nepal....another lucky find from FIL, bless him X
Oh and I just had to add some of the gold beaded ribbon....I have LOADS of that!!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to have a looksee, Take care.....HUGS XXX
