TAG IT ON#32 - Favourite Film

Favourite film???...mmmm....there are so many to choose from aren't there???  This is the theme this week over at TAG IT ON CHALLENGES!

We have to use at least one stamp so it was a case of looking through my stamps to see what came to mind haha.  I have a lion stamp that I got at a zoo and it reminded me that one particular film had a huge impact on me.  I went to see BORN FREE in the cinema when it first came out.  I was only little but even now, it and the reality behind it, really made an impression.  The work that Virginia McKenna (with her late husband Bill Travers) has done since being in the film is extraordinary & a true inspiration.

Not so sure about my tag though hahahaha!!!  Its been slodged & spritzed within an inch of its life!!!  I over stamped the background with a stamp cube (African Safari by Judikins) and then stamped & coloured my lions on another piece to stick on top!

Still not too sure about it hahaha!!!  Thanks for popping by, HUGS XXX

Born Free was such a step forward in film making. The start of the conservation movement and entertainment with a message. Your tage looks great, love all the colours.

I cried my eyes out the first time I saw Born Free! I'm not a great cinema goer - don't even watch them on tv very much - I'd probably choose either Breakfast at Tiffany's or My Fair Lady - mainly because of the stylish and wonderful clothes!
Lovely tag, Karen
