OK, I promise not to ask what a wotsit is, because it's fairly obvious (grin). Guess it's another one of those Queen's English words!
When I first saw this on The Craft Barn's blog earlier today, I was struck by something I remember reading that it's so much easier on you and does so much more for the child to praise instead of denigrating him or her. You've carried this one step further, by condensing it AND making lovely art to go with the quote. No wonder Douglass was such a famous reformer and orator. To see the world through his eyes must have been a joy to all who knew him. Thanks for your vision of his quote, too.
